It cost us a lot more time and money than we ever expected. We had no idea that so many chefs would actually keep their recipes secret!
And although some chefs created brilliant food…
Their recipes were just too complicated!!! And they needed ingredients that were too hard to find. That’s not what we were looking for…
But we persevered…
We kept on collecting recipes and learning… testing… tweaking… sharing our recipes with our friends to get ongoing feedback.
As our collection of “real, gluten-free” recipes grew in size... They grew in popularity too.
Each month, friends and family would go a little more nuts for how good our food tasted…
Suddenly, there was a tipping point.
The news about our “real, gluten-free” recipes spread like wildfire. It was hard to keep up with…
Friends were constantly inviting themselves round, or “popping over”... And they would bring their appetites with them…
… Begging us to bake for them... And even bring our food to their dinners too.
Then friends of friends started calling and writing to us, asking if we could share the recipes with them too…
As the demands for these recipes just kept growing and growing
We knew we had to find a better way to share our “real, gluten-free” recipes with the world…
