Loved the design and engineering and I loved the results! The instructions were clear and are specified for your specific yogurt (plant-based, milk-based, sour cream, etc.). I was impressed with how after 8 hours that the jar was in the yogurt maker, it was still warm and the yogurt had set. I used soy milk and the vegan starter... Delicious!! At the end, I filtered the yogurt with a cheesecloth to get more of a Greek yogurt consistency, yielding a smaller amount but leading to the thicker texture I was looking for. Leave for 8 hours

Can I use heavy whipping cream instead of milk

Once you make cream into yogurt you’ll never buy sour cream again. If it isn’t thick enough you can also strain it through an organic cotton cheesecloth to make very nice cream cheese.
